Raihan’s challenges: Questions to Ali Sina

[ Part 1 - Part 2 - Part 4 ]

After posting the two installments of my counters to Mr. Raihan’s arguments and challenges, he has twice accused me of ‘hearsay’ about him despite the fact that I have read his posts, which I have addressed, thoroughly as evidenced in my detailed references. However, in this installment, Mr. Raihan could accuse me of ‘hearsay’ – as these posts were written in Bangla (in fact Bangla-English mix) and the gist was summarized to me by a couple of Bangladeshi writers of website, who frequent VM/MM/NFB sites, too. I might make mistake in this piece because of ‘hearsay’ and Mr. Raihan is urged to point them out.

Raihan’s first question to Ali Sina

Mr. Raihan wrote in MM and VM websites a few times that he had sent a few questions to Ali Sina which the latter did not address. His boastfully concluded that Ali Sina did not have answers to his questions/arguments and hence kept quiet or chickened out. I will try to address those questions.

Raihan wrote in a MM/VM post, According to Ali Sina, Muhammad was:

1. Mentally deranged, 2. Psychopath, 3. Impostor, 4. Pedophile, 5. Epilepsy, 6. Assassinator, 7. Mass murderer, 8. Ruthless torturer, 9. Lecher, 10. Misogynist, 11. Narcissist, 12. Thief and Plunderer, 13. Cult leader, 14. Rapist, 15. Brutal man, 16. Terrorist, 17. Plagiarist (Qur'an was copied from Bible and other sources), and so on.

Raihan’s question to Ali Sina (my translation): If you are right, then Muhammad will be The Unique Person in the Human History who uniquely possesses All those "Characteristics". Don't you think its The Unique Event? If you think otherwise, please show your proof.

Ali Sina did not respond to Mr. Raihan. I will try respond Raihan’s stupid question here:

Muhammad unique? In my answer to Mr. Raihan’s question, if Muhammad’s birth was a unique event or not – I would say, it an idiotic question or a non-question. Every human being is unique; every human birth is a unique event. Mr. Raihan himself is unique with his own set of qualities, so am I. We can list a set of qualities for Mr. Raihan: He is intelligent and educated (not illiterate like Muhammad), he is a doctor or engineer (not a robber/plunderer like Muhammad), he respects the religion of idolaters/Hindus (unlike Muhammad who sought to destroy them), he is respectful towards women of the Kaffirs (he does not attack non-Muslim community, capture their women and then rapes them), so and so forth.. Such a set of characteristic could be found in any individual, which make him/her a unique person.

The way Raihan and Muhammad are unique, Genghis Khan and Hitler were also unique in their own way. Hitler had set up the Nazi cult, he was a small-time narcissist, deceiver and imposter (Hitler claimed: Hence today I believe that I am acting in accordance with the will of the Almighty Creator: by defending myself against the Jew, I am fighting for the work of the Lord.), he and his soldiers used to rape the women of territory they captured, he was evidently a ruthless torturer, mass murderer and assassinator (he killed a number of his own friends to rise to power), he was a brutal man and he was definitely mentally deranged and a psychopath (else, he could lead to death of tens of millions of people). Of course, Hitler’s terror, brutality and barbarity would surpass Muhammad’s by many folds. Yes, Muhammad’s birth was a unique, so was Hitler’s, Genghis Khan’s, Moses’, Stalin’s and many more such people.

Another extraordinarily unique event was the births of Galileo and Newton’s – either is more influential than that of Muhammad’s. From your wake-up in the morning to go to bed in the evening to sleep through the night – at each and every step, you depend of Galileo and Newton’s contributions. As Hitler’s, Muhammad’s and Genghis Khan’s births were unique events, so were Newton’s, Galileo’s, Einstein’s and other great movers of the world – of course in very different ways.

There are hundreds of extraordinarily unique births in the history of mankind. If someone has a little knowledge, he/she should know that. Raihan seem to lack that minimum bit of knowledge or intellect and throw nonsensical/non-questions against Ali Sina. Then like a narcissist, he starts boasting that Ali Sina does not have answers to his questions (rather non-questions). Ali Sina does not have things to do but to answer Raihan’s idiotic questions. Ali Sina keeps himself busy day and night: He is writing articles, he writing rebuttals to important question, he is writing books and of course, he is communicating with dozens of people on important issues. This is Ali Sina’s daily routine in his recent comment:

"Dear Mehmood, It's past midnight. I have been up since 7.00 AM and with the exception of half an hour of running and a few minutes for eating and taking shower, I have been sitting and writing all day. I was tired. It's time to take a rest. Then I thought to check out the mails and read your email. It made me so energized that I think I can carry on until morning. I am so pleased to see this site has helped you, especially someone "100% ready to blow up himself" to see the light and join the fold of mankind."

Raihan’s second question to Ali Sina

When Ali Sina did not answer Raihan’s question discussed above, Raihan wrote again: Let’s say, I agree with all of your accusations. However, I wonder how in the world a man having All those "Bizarre Characteristics" can even produce a book let alone a Book like Qur'an. Can you show a second example from the whole human history? I don't care how many grammatical mistakes, how many scientific errors, how many violence verses, how many hateful verses are there. I accept all those mistakes if there are some, as I am neither a blind nor a dumb person. I also don't care whether he was a prophet of God or not. If we simply consider Qur'an as a Book of rhyme-like-poetry, still it is probably impossible for a man to produce such a poetry Book having all those "Bizarre Characteristics"! Some people also claim that Muhammad copied Qur'an from Bible and other sources. But there is not a single verse in Qur’an which is the direct-literalcopy from Bible or any sources; there is NO proof at least. Had he really had All those "Bizarre Characteristics" there would have been a great possibility to match at least few verses with Bible, literally. I challenged you to show a single verse which is a direct-copy from any source in the world. Even if he copied, he copied so intelligently that he left no evidence to trace and to prove. Again, having all those "Bizarre Characteristics", it is most likely impossible for a man to do the things so properly. Let’s also suppose that Muhammad was a poet. Could you please mention a single poet in the whole human history who has produced at least a small poetry book in spite of possessing All those "Bizarre Characteristics"? If your accusations are true then Qur’an must be something miraculous! Otherwise, your accusations are sheer false.

After this, Mr. Raihan writes in Bangla that Ali Sina did not respond to his question but sent articles on Jim Jones, David Koresh which he had already read. Then Raihan asked back if those set of Muhammad’s characteristics were present in Jones and Koresh and if they had written books like Muhammad? Ali Sina did not respond again. Mr. Raihan wanted Ali Sina write a response to his questions and publish in FFI website, which Ali Sina did not do. Why Ali Sina didn’t do it? “Because Ali Sina did not have logical answers to his question”, concluded Mr. Raihan confidently.

Muhammad wrote a book? Raihan says, “Muhammad wrote a book.” I do not know how Raihan invent such lies. We do not see that Muhammad ever wrote a book. The modern Koran was written at least 20 years after Muhammad’s death under Omar instructions. Before that there were many versions of the Koran that appeared after Muhammad’s death. None of those, too, were written by Muhammad. Also, the modern Koran was written after dozens of the famous memorizers of his so-called revelations were killed in the aggressive war of the Muslims during the first few years after Muhammad’s death. Indeed, we did not see any indication that Muhammad was ever interested in putting his mumbo-jumbo (alleged revelations) into a book, neither did Allah ever reminded Muhammad to do so. After Muhammad got himself firmly established in Medina through extermination of the Banu Quraiza tribe, he had 4-5 years to concentrate peacefully on putting his revelations into book. But he did never try that. Against that, Hitler was not only close in almost every characteristic of Muhammad, but Hitler also wrote two books, the second one left unpublished. And remind you, despite the disagreement with his message, Hitler’s book Mein Kampf is not like the Koran – the latter being full of inconsistencies, contradictions, illegibility, absurdities, repetitions and what not. Yes, Koran is one of the most bizarre books in the history of mankind.

Miraculous Koran? And yes, there is nothing miraculous (what is miracle anyway?) about the Koran, since there is nothing miraculous in Mein Kampf. However, it could be called miraculous (meaning outstanding) in terms of inconsistencies, absurdities, repetitions and contradictions etc.

Muhammad copied Koran from Bible/Torah? I do not know where Mr. Raihan read that Muhammad literally copied Koran from the Bible. However, a great many scholars assert that Muhammad copied the ideas mainly from the Bible and Torah and mixed it with other recipes from paganism, Zoroastrianism etc. to formulate his so-called revelations in his own wording and language. The Koran itself affirms that Muhammad is only re-preaching the messages of the old revelations although he made many mistakes in describing the doctrines and events of the Bible and Torah that later lead to a bitter conflict with the Jews and Christians. Yet, there are few verses that are clearly copied from the Bible:

Pslam 37:29 The righteous shall inherit the land, and dwell therein for ever.

Quran 21:105 And verily we have written in the Scripture, after the Reminder: My righteous slaves will inherit the earth:

Isiah 34:4 And all the host of heaven shall be dissolved, and the heavens shall be rolled together as a scroll: and all their host shall fall down, as the leaf falleth off from the vine, and as a falling fig from the fig tree.

Quran 21:104 The Day when We shall roll up the heavens as a recorder rolleth up a written scroll. As We began the first creation, We shall repeat it. (It is) a promise (binding) upon Us. Lo! We are to perform it.

It will be difficult if someone just does not want see the similarity between the Koran and older Abrahamic scriptures although famous scholars like Ignaz Goldziher, S Zwemer, Ibn Warraq, Benjamin Walker, Thomas Paine, Voltaire, Nietzsche, Sir Hamilton Gibbs, Sir William Muir, Bertrand Russell and many other famous scholars of modern and Enlightenment age found clear evidence of derivation of the Islam from the Judeo-Christian theology, which Koran itself affirms. To those who do not want to believe Muhammad’s inspiration from the older scriptures, despite Koran's own affirmation to do so, it is useless to debate with them.
