Egyptian national daily Al-Ahram reported that after gaining absolute power in the post-Mubarak parliamentary election in Egypt, Islamists are trying to bring in two proposals for legislation to the Egyptian Parliament:
- Farewell Sex: Allowing spouses to have sex with dead-bodies of their partners;
- Underage marriage: Lowering the age-limit for marriage to 14 years.
The "Farewell Sex" legislation proposal was based on a May-2011fatwa by Moroccan cleric Zamzami Abdul Bari. According to Zamzami, marriage contract between husband and wife in Islam remains valid even after one of the spouses die, which makes having sex with a Muslim’s dead spouse legal.
The new proposed law would allow the husband and wife to have sex with the corpse of their dead spouse for up to six hours.
The proposed new Islamic law is another good news for the Muslim men, whom Islam has already heavily blessed in the sexual pleasure department by allowing them to take four wives, unlimited mu'ta wives (temporary wives) and sex-slaves.
But it's not a good news at all for the Muslim women, heavily deprived in sexual gratifications by Islam. Although the law allows them to have sex with the dead husband, but it will be useless for the overwhelming majority of Muslim women, because a dead man cannot have erection. Only in rare instance of a man's death, such as that of Prophet Muhammad, when the person die in a state of what is called "permanent post-mortem erection", that the dead person's penile instrument remains permanently erect after death. Except those rare instances, the new legislation would be of no value to women.

Nothing you posted discount the fact that proposal for such a legislation exist. We need to see a denial to the effect from the Egyptian parliament, and retraction of the news by al-Ahram and al-arabiya. Until that happens, the news stands for true. And even if that happens, we have been absolutely honest in our reporting. We didn't invent anything. al-Ahram and al-arabiya are influential newspapers/portals in the Arab world.

How often can one read "...this is unislamic, or this has nothing to do with Islam. When 9/11 happened I knew a Muslim at work, and when he told me that "this has nothing to do with Islam" at that time I believed him, because he himself seemed just to be some regular guy. I gathered that a DR named women Mirvat altallawi sent a letter to the Parliament asking to stop a regulation request issued by imam named Umar Abd al samee'e [ this regulation printed in Arabic and is **shown in the video** with the imam picture on the side … you can not have more prove then that ]
This regulation asking the the Egyption parliment to aprove it and it contain two regulation …one about an agrement to let 14 years old girls to marry and the other is to let a husband to sleep with in his wife dead wife's body within 6 hour after her death and it is called '' Modagait al wada '' … means '' Farewell intercourse''

now in Hadeeth … Muhammad seems to think dead people could talk or communicate and to test that he spent the night in His Aunt dead body the night she died [ How sick can a prophet can get ?? ] when He was asked if she talked to him …

Thank you very much for taking the trouble and watching the video. I have not watched it myself, except of course at the beginning to see if there was any English translation, and then when there was none, I stopped. Not being a native English speaker myself, I have actually no problem (most of the times) to understand your post, and the points you make. Thanks for being here and for your input. After all this seems not to be the complete "HOAX" our Muslim defender like to have it. Again (for me at least) this proves once again that mere humans try to create their religion.

BTW … The Sahih hadeeth book I have, has a different number for this Hadeeth … it is 105 in Book 3 and titiled '' The wash '' al Gasiil ''

Sometimes Ancient Arabs when they wanted to refer to mens and women the top part or the outer part of the opening of vagina ] they use the word [ al kitan ] means [ circumcised genitals ] ... circumcision was practiced way before Ilsam and Islam just adupted or stole this practice like everything else … instead of outlaws it, like it should have …
Muslim baby girls are still being subjected to Female Genatil Mutilation in not only in Egypt and Sudan … but here … right here In the Muslim community in USA and the west .. done under the table . … this is another story … Has to be addressed … and eradicated .
