A Muslim’s right to attack those, who insult Prophet Muhammad, trumps the constitutional First Amendment Rights of American citizens, ruled a judge in Pennsylvania.
The case concerns an attack by Talag Elbayomy on Ernie Perce, an activist atheist, who paraded in a “Zombi Mohammed” costume in Pennsylvania in October 2011.
Perce defended his actions on the ground of the First Amendment Free Speech Rights.
Talag Elbayomy admitted to attacking Perce, but defended his assault on Perce on the ground that as a Muslim*, he had an obligation to attack the defamers of Islam’s prophet.
Magistrate Judge Mark Martin, an Iraq war veteran and convert to Islam, dismissed the assault and harrassment case accepting Elbayomy’s arguments.
The judge also lectured Perce about the principles of Islam and the sensibilities of Muslims, and called him a "dufus", for failure to understand and respect the same (see the video).
So, believe or not, Sharia has started trumping the American Constitution is US courts of law.

It seems muslims claim the exclusive right to insult ,denigrate other religions by calling it false, or fabricated ,but get violently offensive when others do the same. If a person resists arrest, the arresting officer has a protocol to follow in order to try and secure arrest. If I was to make the following statement:
A police officer may use force and may use a truncheon as well as CS Gas spray and Taser Gun to secure arrest.
Somebody looking at this statement may well think this is the norm and this is what a police officer does in EVERY arrrest. I realise this is the tactic of Islamaphobes (to try and make it looke like this is what is expected from every muslim, by highlighting the bits that attempt to justify what you are saying).

In short, I based my decision on the fact that the Commonwealth failed to prove to me beyond a reasonable doubt that the charge was just; I didn’t doubt that an incident occurred, but I was basically presented only with the victim’s version, the defendant’s version, and a very intact Styrofoam sign that the victim was wearing and claimed that the defendant had used to choke him. There so many inconsistencies, that there was no way that I was going to find the defendant guilty.
A lesson learned here: there’s a very good reason for Rule 112 of Rules of Criminal Procedure- if someone makes an unauthorized recording in a Court not of Record, there’s no way to control how it might be manipulated later, and then passed off as the truth. We’ve received dozens upon dozens of phone calls, faxes, and e-mails. There are literally hundreds of not-so-nice posts all over the internet on at least 4 sites that have carried this story, mainly because I’ve been painted as a Muslim judge who didn’t recuse himself, and who’s trying to introduce Sharia law into Mechanicsburg."

This was a case where the so called "Parading Person" prodded and pushed another citizen into acting or really re-acting. Not much different than when people pushed and shoved the people from the Westboro Church when they were agitating those attending a soldiers burial or the Christian Activists who were shoved around in Palm Springs protesting at a Gay Rights event, or when people parade around as Jesus participating in an unholy act and get pushed. These people WANT to get a gut reaction and have people get so enraged they lose composure, very similar to Paparazi. It is not an attack as the pone side press tries to make it to be. The judge was within his rights to admonish the person in the parade who’s only goal was to get a rise out of someone. Unfortunately we need to learn to ignore fools such as this as they add nothing to society. How could they possibly be Muslim my friend. I am sure you are intelligent enough to know that muslims believe in the Injeel (Bible / Gospel).
Please do not think that I saying they were people pretending to be muslims in order to create a bad name for muslims. They might think they are muslims, but any person who disrespects the Holy Scriptures like the Bible or Torah is indeed a criminal with regards to Shariah Law.
As for muslim bros having a grin on their face........this is impossible for a true muslim, to see someone disrespect the Bible.
If you are convinced about your understanding, there is nothing that can be done about it i'm afraid.
Last but not least, if the halloween parade included pictures of animal cruelty for example, there would certainly be people who are passionate enough about animal welfare to be outraged and possibly resulting in violence. How could this be the fault of those who are passionate about the welfare of animals?

It is difficult to get beyond name calling with you Duh, when someone puts forth a counter opinion, instead of countering with an intelligent and respectful response you digress off into name calling. Just putting one hands on someone is not assault. If that were the case each day when you ride the subways of New York you would have to arrest half the people as they make their way thru the crowded cars. My point was that the so called “innocent” parading person was not there to profess their beliefs or opinions, rather to disrespect another person and incite them as much as he could to get a reaction out of them. That reaction was no more than an aggressive argument as if you watch the video there is no proof of any attack at all, maybe a slight push but not the attack you are trying hard to make it to be. I have seen this many times with people whom do not really care about that which they are protesting rather the end game for them is to force a reaction so they can run off to a lawyer to try an sue the other person. If this same parade were held in a conservative Christian area you would have got the same reaction from the Christian. Quite silly lad and could be easily avoided. The humorous part is that like you Duh, instead of the Atheist professing why Atheism is good and why people should follow it, instead they just try to say why other religions are bad. Either way I wish those Atheists peace in their hearts and hope one day they find the peace and beauty that Islam can bring to oneself. You know, Words CAN incite and you can be held liable for their reaction, I am sure a scholar such as yourself is aware you cannot walk into a crowded public building and start yelling fire, right lad? So the innocent Muslim brother who lightly pushed the parading coward should have been told he was in the wrong and let go, as was done in this case. You should notice that the Muslim brother never tried to force his beliefs on the man, as there is no compulsion in Islam.

Duh does not have the capacity to be civilised - this is something that is very difficult, in fact impossible for him to do.
It's advisable to ignore such people who on the one hand have a deluded view of Muslims, yet on the other hand they do not have anything useful to contribute is 'any' discussion about 'anything'. Some of the fundamental requirements of civilised debate and discussion are Intellect, closely followed by respect and understanding. In this regard, Duh is (with all due respect) a completely useless pri*k.....it has to be said.

I put forth a rational and clear point on the subject, you come back with a 1 liner. Now it might well be that is all you are able to develop at this time, I cannot say. I would offer the advice that you take a few moments to construct a solid and clear point of view or statement and then lets have another go at it. By the way a Book would be an object with numerous pages, most times a binding etc. What I had constructed was a paragraph (maybe two combined now that I reflect on it).

Allahs existence has been proven many times, but yet you show no proof to show that he does not? It is like the story of the young child who's father brings him a bucket of water from the mountains. Child asks where it came from, Father says snow. Child says there is no snow only water. Father says snow is in the Jabl far off. Child doesn’t believe him and asks where the snow comes from, the father replies the sky. Child doesn’t believe and again asks for him to show him (proof). Father brings him to the mount and shows him the snow falling. Child wants to know who made the sky then (more proof). You see the proof is right in front of you. Allah has provided you the Map per se' (Holy Quran) and helpers to guide you along the way (Immams). Allah also provides you the choice to go the path of righteousness or not.
