Islam's Victimization of Iran

E-mail Print PDF

How Iran, heir to Cyrus the Great's legacy of great tolerance and humanity, has been stifled by the barbarism of Islam for 14 centuries and continues doing the same...   [Read in Bangla]

Some 1400 years ago, across the arid Arabian Peninsula roamed disparate savage tribes in a constant state of war with one another. Acts of violence, pillage and slave-trading were their way of life. Out of necessity and expediency, they refrained from active warfare for only one month a year-the month of Moharam (the forbidden month). Even during this lull in active warfare, the various tribes rearmed and prepared for the next eleven months of bloodletting. Violence of the worst kind and form was their way of life.

Although the ongoing warfare inflicted great suffering and death, it remained the major means of livelihood for the survivors in the harsh desert that sustained little other than the hardy goats, desert-suited camels and the indispensable vehicles of war-horses.

Violent death ruled. The victor had a reprieve for a time 'til he became the victim.

Then there was a new summons. An orphan from the tribe of Quraish by the name of Muhammad, the son of the late Abdullah, offered the savages a deal they couldn't refuse. He said that they should stop worshiping all the various idols in the idolatry of Mecca and turn to the one and only god, Allah, one of their numerous idols. He said it is Allah who is the creator of the universe and Allah has another world of immense bounty and pleasure. He promised the savages that by embracing Allah, banding together and carrying out his commands they assure themselves of great worldly spoils as well as eternal admission to a glorious paradise.

Muhammad promised further that instead of warring against one another, as they have done for millennia, for pittance of reward, they could venture out beyond the impoverished desert into a world of great wealth and bounties. Muhammad motivated his rapidly growing body of followers to rally around him by proclaiming, (1) if they are victorious they will have the treasures of the infidels as well as their women and children as slaves to hold or sell, (2) if the faithful kill the infidels in doing the work of Allah, further reward awaits them in paradise and, (3) in the unlikely event that they are killed, they find themselves in Allah's glorious paradise for an eternal life of joy and bliss.

The outlandish, frequently confused and often contradictory incoherent rhetoric of Muhammad made the less gullible few question his sanity. They dismissed him as, "Insane Poet." Yet, the generality of the savages found in him their savior -- the one who would lead them to all the good in this world and the next. It was a win-win proposition for them. Win and you are rewarded handsomely, lose your life, and you go directly to heaven. How could they refuse?

Muhammad preached that earthly life is a small price to pay for eternal life. It is the next life that the faithful should seek. Hence, Islam can rightfully be considered a cult of death, not life. It will never run out of volunteers to sacrifice their life until Islam itself expires.

Gladly placing their lives on the line, sword in hand, on the steed of greed, the well-adapted killers of Arabia sallied outward under the banner of Islam. In a space of a few centuries, they rampaged through much of the civilized world and inflicted death and great destruction in their path.

An early victim of these marauding conquerors was Persia - Iran -- arguably one of the greatest civilizations known to humanity. It was the ancient Iranians who gave humanity its first charter of human rights, championed the ideals of tolerance, justice and autonomy of the diverse peoples in their vast empire. Islam systematically destroyed that civilization and, over time, tried its utmost to replace it with a way of thinking and behaving rooted in the tribal past. Millions of Iranians resisted the savagery and paid with their lives. Some were forced to live under jazyyeh -- poll tax levied on non-Muslims.

Others lost their identity and heritage and embraced the ways of their new rulers. It is this band, an oppressive tyrannical minority, that is presently ruling Iran. Yet, even under the rule of Islamofascism, the overwhelming majority of Iranians of various ethnicity and religion, remain faithful to their ancient creed -- a creed that was given to the world by Zoroaster. The faith of Zoroaster, based on the triad of Good Thought, Good Speech and Good Deed, constituted the standard of life for the Persian. Other teachings of the faith of Zoroaster, arguably the most ancient divine religion, have inspired the teachings of other faiths.

The influence of Zoroastrianism in Judaism, for instance, is so compelling that some religious scholars have called Judaism, "Moses through Zoroastrian eyes." Furthermore, it was during the rule of the Zoroastrian kings of Persia that the Old Testament was for the first time recorded in written form. Teachings such as Good and Evil, Heaven and Hell, Resurrection, and Paradise derive from the Faith of Zoroaster. In reality, both Judaism and Christianity have their roots in Zoroastrianism.

W. Y. Evans-Wentz, an Oxford professor, one of the world's leading authorities on Eastern mysticism and religion, contends, "Without Zarathustra there would be no Christ."

The spiritual bond between the faith of Zoroaster and Christianity is further evidenced by the travel of the three Zoroastrian Magi who anticipated the birth of the infant Jesus and traveled from Iran to celebrate his birth.

It is evident that Islam succeeded in stifling the magnificent Persian civilization. Once again with renewed vigor, militant Islam is aiming to destroy another civilization -- the Judeo-Christian civilization, a civilization that constitutes a living falsification of the Islamic primitive and backward creed. Islamofascism presents a clear and present danger, not only to Western civilization, but to the entire civilized world as is evidenced by the ruling Islamists in Iran.

Iran of today, on the one hand, has the potential of rapidly becoming a nuclear state and becoming a formidable adversary that would not settle for anything less than the total subjugation of the free world. On the other hand, in Iran's people and culture is a genuine potential for replacing the doomsday-bent Mullahcracy and making Iran the free world's staunchest partner in the Islamic world.

The overwhelming majority of Iranians of today stand shoulder to shoulder with the civilized free people of the world to defeat Islamofascism. The Iranians have not forgotten their heritage. They have pride in their ancient creed of light -- that of Zoroastrianism. They see themselves as inheritors of a great culture and tradition -- that of Cyrus the Great, the exemplary just king and, are determined to pay any price to put an end, once and for all, to the virulent disease of Islamofascism.

Great zoroastrians

The Iranian ex-Muslims should go back to their Zoroastrian roots. That will be a death-blow to Islam. Amil, worshipping of fire is a common feature between Hinduism and Zoroastrianism. Don't forget to read the book: The Rigveda and the Avesta : The Final Evidence/Shrikant G. Talageri. New Delhi, Aditya Prakashan, 2008, xxxviii, 380 p., figs., ISBN 81-7742-085-2.

I cannot understand how a great civilisation,a progeny of Zarathustra, succumbed to a horde of arabian barbarians so meekly and inculcated their mafia-like cult forgetting their own great culture ! hAD THESE IRANIANS PUT UP A STRONG RESISTANCE , things would not have come to such a bad pass. Probably ,today we would not have had a Pakistan,Bangladesh,Afghanistan or Indonesia,.The world would certainly have been a better and saner place without the destructive cult of islam. The same goes for the fall of Constantinople.

Wonderful article Amil. Thanks. Islam is a warrior creed and it met with spectacular success in the beginning. The medieval war machine was supported by blind obedience, brotherhood, courage, hatred and high birth rates inspired by Islam. The holy warriors(savages) burst forth from their imporvished lands in Arabia to more prosperous lands and in a short span forged an empire that stretched from Spain to India. Great ancient civilisations were wiped out in the process. Millions perished in the Islamic blitzkrieg. Had the march of Islam been halted in Persia or the middle east then the history of the world would have been different. Islam, the tool of Arab imperialism is on its last legs now and the people of Iran should give it a final shove.

Guilt and sin in Iran.
written by duh_swami , July 01, 2009
I don't doubt there are many Iranians who are Muslim for identification purposes only, and may be Zoroastrians, or Christians, or atheists or even Wiccans when the religious police are not looking. The protesters arrested will be (are being) interrogated, and will be found guilty after a tortured confession, and then hung, as I read seven have already been hung...if they are Muslims, they will be quickly found guilty of sin and apostasy...if they are of some other religion or no religion, just political, they will be found guilty of warring with Allah and spreading 'mischief' and corruption in the land...Allah demands human sacrifice, and the Iranian Mullahs are seeing to it that he gets them...Islams swell...Ain't it...

Good article but...

Good and well written article by someone who lives a day dream and total fantasy. Iranians are as proud of Islam as they are proud of their heritage. I have seen so many Iranians in Western countries who do not know much about their religion Islam yet they proudly say we are Muslims. Some are even second generations who have never been to Iran.

Honestly what is it about the Zoroastrian faith that would make someone proud, the warship of fire or the burial ritual? That is embarrassing to say my brother Amil.

"Iranians are as proud of Islam as they are proud of their heritage. I have seen so many Iranians in......"
I don't doubt that many Iranians are pious Muslims, but what is it about Islam that anyone would willingly become a slave to it?
When you say you have 'seen so many', just how many have you actually seen, talked to, and understand their religious positions? How can anyone who does not know much about their religion, be 'proud' of it? Someone is fibbing...How can you get 'pious' out of no knowledge?

Duh_swami, this is something which only the likes of Amil can answer because they have seen everything first hand. We can only speculate which way the wind is blowing and we may be wrong. Remember there is a history of fourteen centuries of brainwashing involved here.

`Iranians are as proud of Islam as they are proud of their heritage.......this is a paradox.

If what these folks from Iran who are now ex Muslims are correct then the world may be witnessing something very revolutionary.

A group of Zorostrian faith came to India to escape the barbaric persecution by the hands of Muslims. They survived and practiced their faith and today they formed a miniscule minority of India. They are hardly 70000 in total number but if you look at their contribution towards the modern India then one will realize the loss of Persia. These Parsis (zorostrians) contributed heavily thru their hard work and inteligence. Today they are excelling in every field from multibillion business to cinema, From the highest posts in the army to small businesses. They are admired by the general populace of India for their hard work and prosperity/employment what they have created for common man. No doubt without the Zorostrians the Persia (modern day Iran) has lost its relevance and it is cursed by the fanatic muslims. Problem with the muslims that they can not see beyond the rituals of any religion (say fireworship in case of Zorostrians). They fail to see how their religion makes them more human then the muslims, how it is more opened to the reasoning and in search of truth and knowledge.

I also have met a lot of Iranians who are muslims by religion but deep down in their heart I have sensed that they know what they have lost. They are far more interested in talking about the pre-islamic Persia then the post-islamic persia. They know much better then the others that Islam brought death, destruction and made their ancestors 2nd graded muslims (Mawali, who were muslims but were treated differently) in the eyes of Arabian Muslims. They still resent it.

Isam,

I think you are a nutcase like ur Zakir, who says that muslims are not good in maths, science, technology, but they calculate correctly 2+2 , which non-muslims cant. Thats why Islam is only true religion. How funny.

You simplify Zoroastrian faith by the warship of fire or the burial ritual?
I guess you read more about this great faith, they are the most respected faith. Also like jews there contribution to humankind is greate.
What about your rapist Muahhamed? He glorifed rape, loot and thugary. Now so many muslims who took his quran manual seriously are becoming suicide killers. Now 'muslims' is the most ugly, vomitting word.
What makes you even to claim that you are a muslim?
Shame on you 'Isam' and other followers of that rascal muhammed.

There seems to be a lot of comparison going on between Koran and Bible and other books of monotheist religion, so what is the truth ? It could be something which may be touching all corners, something in between, lets explore the alternative possibility.
When Jesus was in journey around the world, he accidentally met up with someone very intelligent for his time, lets say this person is called God. Children think of tadpoles as frog but a biologist knew that tadpoles will turn into frogs one day. When Jesus told God about the faith and philosophy there society follows, God immediately knew there is something wrong, which may lead to seeding of cult like Islam, where all frogs will stay crouched all day and kill anyone who disagree.

When God told Jesus about his concerns, Jesus want to go back to his people and save them from getting degraded to animals, but the situation is something like this, if a million sheeps are going towards a cliff (in this case morality) then how can one person stop them ?. If you stand in front of the sheeps and try to force them in the opposite direction, you will fail because joint momentum of the sheeps will drag you forward, soon you will fall down and sheeps will not even know that they have killed their saviour in the stampede, under there feets.

So when Jesus came back to his people, his aim was not to oppose the religious views and books in his time but simply attract some sheeps in the direction he found, hoping that a large number of sheeps will join those sheeps and complete annihilation of humanity will be prevented. Its hard to deal, when thirty percent of world population is Muslims, it would be impossible to save the world, if that population would have been sixty percent, every one would have been raping, robbing and killing each other and justifying that with, who is more Muslim than other.

I don’t care about Bible or any other text related to Jesus, I only care about the core or soul of Jesus message and that is unconditional care and love for fellow humans. I also don’t care how much peace or wisdom Koran has to offer, the core of Mohammad message is love and care for Muslims and hate and murder for non-Muslims, its playing Divide and Rule at Spiritual level.

If Jesus say “Love your Enemies”, God knows that when you cannot take bullying anymore, animal in you will automatically react but setting the morality in opposite direction of, animal instincts and cravings in humans, God is trying to create a balance, so that people could be more thoughtful humans and less animals. If animal behaviour increases in humans then crime and hurting each other also increases and at the end the situation becomes like animals treating each other in the jungle.

Its up to people, to decide which God they want to follow, the one who try to balance them, so that they and their coming generations could live a dignified and humane life. Or they want to follow the one, who cannot even control and balance the animal in himself, who is obsessed about being worshipped and to achieve that, he keeps on enflaming animal cravings and instincts of humans by offering them non existence shortcuts to success and spiritualising crime and killing with any logic or illogic possible.

I don’t care whether God exist or not, If belief help me balance my life, become a better human and better member of humanity, then I do believe. But God is like a personal role model and subtly we follow the deeds of the God we believe in. So choose your faith carefully, with generations the wet mud will become dry and then it will be impossible to mould it, in another shape, then it can only break into pieces.

Links between India and old Persia
written by Indian , July 01, 2009
To the writer,

In the final Evidence - by shrikant s talageri , he had compared massive vedas and Zend avesta.Yes i agree with authors comparison infact vedas are very clear about everything after studying vedas i feel There is a great link between all ancient civilisations. Infact Fire is considered very pure in in parsis, it is equivalent to fire invoked during Yagya by vedic seers/brahmins and follower of vedas. There marriage ceremony also is some what similar to hindus they have to take seven rounds of fire , in hindus seven rounds around the fire invoked in yagya with special hymns from vedas.

In my search i have read that the when persia was attacked by muslims they asked the king of sindh prant in former India (now in pakistan) to help them, he helped but unfortunately they lost in front of trickster and savage islam. As king of Sindh helped persia so as a retaliation sindh was attacked by arab-muslim invaders. Now we all know the fate of all provinces of hindu empire of erstwhile Bharat. All after losing to islam have lost there ancient Glory, pakistan, bangladesh, afganistan, india is still surviving - there are deeper reasons to its survival , if people study they will understand.

I request the author to visit this archaeological site
www.archeologyonline.net and read all the articles. Further all researchers and scholars believe that all glorious ancient civilasion had greater links with Bharat, even the mahabharat, purnas(only good for historical accounts) corrobate the same.

I expect something historical from you as you being from persia/iran.
Further the author has covered links between Egypt and India with evidence please refer http://www.hinduwisdom.info/India_and_Egypt.htm

I request the author to go through these works and the records which are left after dastardly destruction of Persia to Give us real picture.

I hope someday humans understand we are one, by killing others we are doing great service to world only destroying harmony of nature, creation and peace. After my research i feel we all are related to each other.

Cyrus

Very good article. Exact description of sordid Islam's beginnings, exploiting "God" for eartly greeds. Yes, intimate relationship between Zoroastrian faith and christian and jewish. Cyrus the Great freed Jews and gave them money to rebuilt the temple. Here what Bible say :
Isaias : 44,28 : "my voice that say to Cyrus, I gave thee a shepherd's part to play; it is for thee to carry out my whole purpose. And to Jerusalem it says, Thou shalt be built up; and the temple, thou shalt be founded again."
There must had been great intelligence between jewish scholars and Cyrus.

What is that makes you proud to be a muslim? Worshipping a black stone? Believing in a paradise where you get 72 'whores' to screw eternally with an eternal erection? murdering ,looting, raping, forcing sex with children like your founder did to a six year old Aisha? Or "marry" your adopted son's wife like your founder did to Zainab bin Jasht? Rape a young women immediately after murdering her husband, father etc. before her very presense? .... the list of such immorality goes on endlessly . What is there to be proud of a lecher ,a rapist,a murderer, looter ,arsonist, sadist that you call a "prophet"? Compared to all these inequities, wickedness, immorality, Zoraster was truly a spiritual man ,a man of high morals and culture ,not a desert bandit and a barbarian who masqerades himself as a messenger of a fake arabian deity called Allah!
