Both Muhammad and Allah made this claim, which was a big lie. The Jews caught Allah red-handed of His lies in his own words. Apparently extremely embarrassed and angered, He ordered annihilation of the Jews of Medina, who caught him. He also had to change His earlier revealed requirements for prophethood to establish the validity of Muhammad's prophethood. Find out all these and more...
Muslims claim that Muhammad was a prophet, whose coming was prophesied in Christian Gospels and the Jewish Torah. World-famous Sufi Muslim intellectual Fethullah Gulen says:
According to Islam, almost all previous prophets predicted Prophet Muhammad… Despite the distortions suffered by the Torah, the Psalms, and the Gospels, we find indications of his coming.
Indeed, Muhammad himself made the same claim to the Jews and Christians of Arabia saying:
I am the one whose coming Abraham prayed for and Jesus gave glad tidings of, and I resemble my forefather Abraham more than anyone else [Muttaqi al-Hindi, Kanz al-'Ummal, 11:384].
When he failed to convince them and they rejected him and his Islam—Allah, the God of Muhammad and Islam, ordered their persecution and annihilation; the Jews suffering their first Holocaust at Muhammad’s hand: he slaughtered en masse the men of Banu Quraiza, Banu Nadir (earlier evicted by Muhammad from Medina and resettled in Khaybar) and Banu Mustaliq tribes, and enslaved their women and children [my book, Islamic Jihad: A Legacy of Forced Conversion, Imperialism and Slavery, gives a concise overview of Muhammad's pogrom of the Jews].
The claim that Muhammad was the promised future prophet of the Jews and Christians is rooted in Allah's own claim in Quran 7:157:
Those who follow the messenger, the Prophet who can neither read nor write, whom they will find described in the Torah and the Gospel (which are) with them…
Connected to this prophetic succession is another Islamic claim that Muhammad was the "seal"—the finality—of prophethood [Quran 33:40]:
…he is the Messenger of God and the Seal of the prophets. And God is ever Knower of all things.
In other words, Muhammad was not only the Prophet, but also the final prophet, predicted in the Torah and Gospels.
Is that true? Not at all! This will be proven in Allah’s own words!
Before proceeding, let me briefly address a couple of troublesome issues with these verses.
Gospels/New Testament says Jesus was the final Messiah: Allah’s claim in Quran verses 7:157 that Gospels predict the coming of a future prophet is a big lie, which Allah repeats in Quran 61:6:
When Jesus, son of Mary, said: "O children of Israel! I am indeed a Messenger of God to you, confirming that which was [revealed] before me in the Torah, and bringing good tidings of a Messenger who shall come after me, whose name is Ahmad [Muhammad]."
While the Torah predicts the coming of prophets, Gospels are very clear that Jesus was the final savior of the Jews, and by extension, of all Gentile nations. Those of the Jews, who embraced Jesus, would enter the "true House/Children of Israel", the Kingdom of God; because, the Old Israel had become defunct with Jesus’ promised coming. Those, who would reject Jesus, would be thrown out of the Kingdom of God, as he told the Jews: "Therefore I tell you that the kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a people who will produce its fruit" [Mat 21:43].
The overall theme of the New Testament is:
-
Jesus was the promised prophet;
-
With his coming, Judaism and God’s old Law in its entirety have become obsolete, of no value, whatsoever;
-
Those, who embraced Jesus, would constitute the “True Israel”, the Old Israel had become defunct;
-
Those, who embrace Jesus, would have guaranteed salvation by simply believing in Christ, without even requiring to follow any law.
Thus, in Christianity, Jesus was the finality in the God’s succession of prophethood; no future prophet would come, whatsoever. Therefore, Allah is wrong or ignorant to claim that Gospels mention the coming of a prophet.
Muslims also claim that Jesus was a true prophet of their Allah. If that is so, then, 1) Islamic claim that another prophet would come is baseless; or 2) their claim of Jesus being a true prophet of Islam is a sham, a complete deception.
No finality of prophetic succession in the Torah: The second problem with Muhammad's prophetic claim is that he was the final prophet. In the Torah, Moses prophesies the coming of prophets in Deu 18:15:
"The lord your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among your own brothers."
This verse spells no finality in the succession of prophethood whatsoever; prophets would continue coming whenever need arises throughout the existence of the Israelite nation; no end or finality is indicated in this verse.
Does Muhammad qualify to be a promised prophet of the Torah?
Was Muhammad’s claim to prophethood valid? Not at all, as we will see.
Jesus also made the same claim, and Apostle Peter pointed to the same verse (i.e. Deu 18:15) in the New Testament (i.e. Act 3:22) to justify Jesus’ coming as a Messiah to the Jews. Malachi 3:1, which falls outside the Torah, also make a similar prophesy ("See, I will send my messenger, who will prepare the way before me..."), but the Gospel of Mark (1:2) attributes it somewhat wrongly to the 'Book of Isaiah'.
However, Muhammad, an illiterate prophet, completely failed to point out which verse in the Torah prophesied his coming as a prophet. Allah tried on Muhammad's behalf, but erred big-time [Quran 2:129]:
(Abraham prayed): "Our Lord, raise up in their midst a Messenger from among them who shall recite unto them Your revelations, and teach them the Book and Wisdom, and purify them…"
It was not Abraham as claimed by Allah, but Moses—through whom the biblical God sent His first revelations—had prophesied the coming of prophets.
However, to the fulfillment of this prophesy, numerous Israelites have come with the claim of prophethood to the Jewish people throughout history—both before Jesus and after—well into the modern era (Even John the Baptist, a Jews, who had baptized Jesus, is also shown as such a prophet in the Gospels). Those, who came before Jesus, mostly received acceptance; those that came after Jesus, when the Israelites were in dispersion all over the world, received only limited and localized following of varying degrees.
Now let us see, who can qualify to be a prophet as predicted in Deu 18:15. God repeatedly says in the Old Testament that He was the God of Abraham, Isaac (Abraham’s son) and Jacob or Israel (Isaac’s son) [Exodus 3:15-16, 6:3 etc.]. When the Israelites in Egypt were oppressed by Pharaoh, "God heard their groaning and he remembered his covenant with Abraham, with Isaac, and with Jacob” [Exodus 2:24]. And it was the children of Jacob (God later named him ‘Israel’), who ended up in Egypt, suffering Pharaoh’s oppressions. Moses, commanded by God, led them out of their Egyptian captivity and oppression. And God made His final covenant with those, who came out of Egypt with Moses—i.e. the children of Jacob/Israel. God says of this covenant: "I have promised to bring you up out of your misery in Egypt into the land of the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusite—a land flowing with milk and honey” [Exodus 3:17]. God again makes it clear that His covenant is with the children of Jacob, when He told Moses: “This is what you are to say to the house of Jacob… if you obey me and keep my covenant, then out of all nations you will be my treasured possession” [Exodus 19:3-5].
Deu 18:15 clearly prophesies that God would choose a prophet "from among your brothers"—that is, from amongst those, who came out of Egypt under Moses’ leadership, namely the children of Jacob. In other words, God will choose prophets from amongst those, who carry the seed of Jacob as well as of his father Isaac and grandfather Abraham. The offspring of other children of Abraham and Isaac were not included in this final covenant of God.
But Muhammad and the Arabs, it is claimed, descended from Abraham’s son Ishmael. Ishmael was Abraham’s son through his slave-woman Hagar, not through Sarai, a free woman and his properly married wife. Moreover, Hagar was an Egyptian, not a Semite. Therefore, Ishmael was only half-Semitic. Semitic purity was essential to be included in the God’s covenant. So, Ishmael and his offspring fell outside the God’s covenant. Indeed, God made this clear when he said to Abraham: "...it’s through Isaac that your offspring will be reckoned. I will make the son of the maidservant (i.e. Ishmael) into a nation also, because he is your offspring" [Genesis 21:12-13]. In other words, the offspring of Isaac would carry forward Abraham’s true legacy; Ishmael’s offspring, carrying the gene of a non-Semitic and slave woman, will also became a nation as they multiply, but would have no legitimate claim to Abraham’s true legacy.
Therefore, Muhammad—an offspring of Ishmael, not carrying the seed of Isaac and Jacob—could, in no way, qualify to be a promised prophet of the Torah.
Indeed, Muhammad's or Allah's training in the Torah, it seems, was not that bad. The duo knew of this basic requirement—i.e. the necessity of carrying the seed of Isaac and Jacob, in addition to Abraham’s—to become a prophet as prophesied in the Torah. Initially Allah said the same [Quran 45:16]:
And verily we gave the Children of Israel the Scripture and the Command and the Prophethood, and provided them with good things and favored them above (all) peoples.
Here, Allah clearly agrees and affirms two cardinal facts in agreement with Old Testament: first, the Children of Israel—i.e. the Children of Jacob—were blessed with right to Prophethood; second, God’s covenant was only with them amongst all nations.
In the following verse, Allah made this central paradigm of the Torah succinctly clear:
We gave (Abraham) Isaac and Jacob, and ordained among his progeny Prophethood and Revelation... [Quran 29:27]
This means, only those—carrying the seed of all three patriarchs: Abraham, Isaac and Jacob—can make a legitimate claim to prophethood.
Allah had revealed these verses in the build to later verses (7:157, 61:6 etc.), which claim Muhammad's prophethood as promised in the Torah and Gospels. Verses 45:16 and 29:27—affirming facts of the Torah concerning the genealogical requirement for prophethood—were, it appears, intended to create a favorable and friendly impression upon the Jews (and Christians) about Muhammad, so that Allah's later claim that Muhammad was their promised prophet would be more acceptable to them.
But the Jews, who had thorough knowledge of their scripture, had no difficulty to refute Muhammad’s claim to prophethood—given Muhammad, an Arab and the offspring of Ishmael, could not be a promised prophet. They probably had knowledge of Muhammad verses, and it seems that they point out the falsity of Muhammad’s prophetic claim by pointing to Allah’s own verses that say only the children of Jacob could become a promised prophet.
Unaware of the Jews' depth of their scriptural knowledge, Allah initially spoke with honesty of the true requirement for prophethood without realizing that it would disqualify Muhammad’s claim to prophethood; Allah got caught red-handed in His own words. He obviously had no answer, except extreme embarrassment. All he could do to save his Godly credibility was to annihilate the Jews, to whom he got caught; this he eventually did by commanding Muhammad to put them to the sword.
Next, to legitimize Muhammad’s claim to prophet, Allah embarked on an extraordinary mission to create a completely new foundational paradigm of his creed, altering all that He had been affirming in His verses until now. First, Allah hit-back at the Jews, accusing them of corrupting the Torah, which He had earlier recognized as containing "true guidance":
“Woe, then, to those who write the book with their hands and then say: This is from Allah, so that they may take for it a small price; therefore woe to them for what their hands have written and woe to them for what they earn” [Quran 2:79].
Next, he had to create a totally new genealogy of prophetic requirement, so that Muhammad’s claim to prophethood becomes legitimate. Allah made Abraham a “true Muslim”, not Jew or Christian, so that Muhammad and his Muslim followers would become legitimate bearer of Abraham’s legacy, thus, justifying Muhammad’s claim to Abrahamic prophethood. So revealed Allah:
“Abraham was not a Jew nor yet a Christian; but he was true in Faith, and bowed his will to Allah's (Which is Islam)...” [Quran 3:67].
Until now, Muhammad, following the Jews of Medina, was turning to Jerusalem while praying, where stood God’s original sanctuary, the Temple of Jerusalem. Now, he changed the sanctuary of the Lord from Jerusalem to the pagan temple of Ka’ba at Mecca (his home town), which he now claimed to have been built by Abraham and Ishmael (Thus, Ka’ba, not the Temple of Jerusalem, became the true House of God):
And remember Abraham and Isma’il raised the foundations of the House (With this prayer): "Our Lord! Accept (this service) from us... [Quran 2:127]
Next, Allah would include Ishmael also into the true legacy of Abraham (which is Islamic), which was carried forward not by his son Isaac alone, but all his sons:
And this was the legacy that Abraham left to (all) his sons, and so did Jacob; "Oh my sons! Allah hath chosen the Faith for you; then die not except in the Faith of Islam." [Quran 2.132]
Next, Allah would include Ishmael (Isma’il), mentioning by name, in the God’s true covenant, which is Islamic:
Say ye: “We believe in Allah, and the revelation given to us, and to Abraham, Isma’il, Isaac, Jacob, and the Tribes, and that given to Moses and Jesus, and that given to (all) prophets from their Lord: We make no difference between one and another of them: And we bow to Allah (in Islam).” [Quran 2:136]
Here, Allah claims Ishmael was also amongst those, whom He gave his religion, also received by Muhammad and his followers.
As the final step of twisting facts to suit Muhammad’s claim to prophethood, and his religion as the true religion, Allah turned the entire foundation of the Abrahamic faith into an Islamic one. Muhammad, the prophet of Islam, became true heir to Abraham’s legacy. So Allah reveals:
Or do ye say that Abraham, Isma'il, Isaac, Jacob and the Tribes were Jews or Christians? Say: Do ye know better than Allah? Ah! who is more unjust than those who conceal the testimony they have from Allah?... [Quran 2.140]
Here, Allah questions the legitimacy of identifying all the patriarchs and the twelve tribes (i.e. Children of Israel) as “Jews or Christians”. Instead, Allah, who knows better, claims they were believers in Allah, and hence, in Allah’s true religion—Islam. They were, therefore, Muslims, not Jews or Christians, in truth.
It’s interesting that even Muhammad and Allah failed to legitimize Muhammad’s claim to prophethood based on the Torah, and had to condemn it as corrupted, before perverting/rewriting all the Torah requirements for prophethood to create a completely new paradigm in the Quran to validate Muhammad’s legitimacy to prophethood; but renowned Canadian professor Jamal Badawi, trying to outdo Muhammad and Allah, outrageously tries to legitimize Muhammad's prophetic claim based on the Torah itself using all kinds of trickery.
Summary
While Islam claims that both Jewish and Christian scriptures prophesy the coming of Muhammad as a prophet, in Christianity Jesus was the final; no future prophet would come at all. The Torah prophesies the coming of prophets, but from amongst the Children of Jacob aka Israel only. Muhammad, allegedly Ishmael’s offspring, falling outside Jacob’s descendents/genealogy, could make no claim to prophethood, whatsoever. Islamic God initially admitted this fact, albeit unwittingly. When He later tried to push Muhammad as a promised prophet to the Jews (and Christians), he got caught in His own words and was well nigh embarrassed. Angered, Allah accused the Jews of corrupting the Torah, and later altered all His earlier pronouncements about the Torah-agreeable prophetic requirements to establish the validity of Muhammad’s claim to prophethood.
Conclusion
So, was Muhammad a promised prophet of the Jews and Christians?
I leave it to readers to make their own judgment and draw conclusions accordingly.

To quote from your article:
“Connected to this prophetic succession is another Islamic claim that Muhammad was the "seal"—the finality—of prophethood [Quran 33:40]:
…he is the Messenger of God and the Seal of the prophets. And God is ever Knower of all things.
In other words, Muhammad was not only the Prophet, but also the final prophet, predicted in the Torah and Gospels.”
In my opinion, Muhammad was just another false claimant during the long course of history to the title “the Final Prophet of God.” Hundreds of years after Jesus and hundreds of years before Muhammad, there was another claimant from Persia (Iran) named Mani, the founder of Manichaeism.
Mani also claimed to be the ‘Paraclete of the Truth’, as promised in the New Testament, the Last Prophet and the Seal of the Prophets, finalizing a succession of figures including Zoroaster, Buddha and Jesus. Therefore there was nothing original in Muhammad’s claim. He “borrowed” all this from Mani.
In Christianity the title ‘Paraclete’ is understood to refer to God in the person of the Holy Spirit.

And who propogates all these descipable, immoral actions ? The self-claimed 'prophets' of these desert cults of judaism and islam!
Muslims claiming the coming of Muhamad in other scruiptures is yet another huge fraud ,like how Muhamad robbed and distorted jewish and christian mythology to gain credence for his cult of arabian barbarianism as a 'religion'.
After all , islam has only one man( the only arab) claiming to be a 'prophet' and the rest are all jews. By claiming to be the final 'prophet',he is ensuring that in future no other fraud like him comes and supercedes him. It is all a game plan working well with death penalty on 'blaspheming' Muhamad and his cult ensuring this fraudulent claim. The muslim zombies cannot see through all this frauds for they are 'brain-dead' or brainwashed that they cannot think logically or intelligently. What with 72 'whores' in 'jannah' or paradise forever, their brain cannot visualise anything further or logical or intelligently. Most of them have surrendered to zombie-dom and there is no hope for them. So they will believe any rot like jannah,Hell, jinns, angels and all such bullshits. Therefore they will fall for any kind of bullshit or Lie told to them in the name of their barbvaric arabian cult of islam!

"Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves. By their fruit you will recognize them. Do people pick grapes from thorn bushes, or figs from thistles? Likewise every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Thus, by their fruit you will recognize them."
Let's check Mohammeds fruit: pedophilia, murder, thievery, rape.----> false prophet

The book of Daniel in the famous prophecy of the 70 weeks predicted that prophecy would be sealed up in 397BC and this was fulfilled when the last book of Malachi was produced around 397BC.
Daniel then predicted the appearance of Jesus after 69 weeks in Daniel 9:26 and this was fulfilled with Palm Sunday when he rode the donkey into Jerusalem.
Jesus was not a prophet but the fulfillment of prophecy. The Dead Sea Scrolls (11QMelsch) identified Jesus as the suffering servant of Isaiah.
Jesus said that people would be like angels after death and only false prophets would come after him and that they would promise rewards of the flesh [2 Peter 2].
Mohammed of course said there would be no batchelors in Paradise and offered 72 virgins. That makes Mohammed the False prophet.
Daniel 12 predicted the building of the Dome of the Rock (the monument to Mohammed) over 1200 years before it was built (685-691AD). It is called an "Abomination that desolates" to the God of the Bible (who is NOT Allah in the Quran).
The rise of the Ottoman empire is predicted in Daniel 7 and is called the "7th beast empire" in Revelation.
Mohammed is in every sense "a False prophet".

However, what struck me most is how Allah/Muhammad lied and when they got caught, how they took recourse to atrocity and rewriting their own earlier words. No one can beat the duo of Allah-Muhammad in lies, trickery and atrocity.

What made the young men do such a violent thing? Recently in Xinjiang, China, the Muslims rioted and killed about 150 non-Muslims. In Philippines 12 bombs were planted by Islamists and Indonesia two suicide bombers killed 7 people.
The young Nigerian Muslims were inspired by the preacher preaching from the Koran. This is not an isolated incident. The Koran is mainly responsible for the way Muslims act irrationally.

Your article is SO important, pivotal, in the understanding of Islam.
In Genesis God promises that it is through the seed of Isaac that the promise would come, NOT through Ishmael. In Galations 4 "the child of the slave woman (Hagar) shall not inherit the promise with the child of the free woman (Sarah)".
And "the child born of the flesh (muslims) will always persecute the child of the Spirit (Israel)".
How prophetic is that when you have the command for muslims to kill all Jews [Muslim book 41.6985].
Jesus did not come with a book, as muslims claim.
Where is the documentary evidence?
There are over 24,000 manuscripts that support the New Testament and nowhere does it support the muslim claims. There is NO evidence of anyone called Ahmed in any of these documents. Why?
The Sana'a documents from Yemen show that the Quran has undergone extensive development.
The Quran is NOT from God.

'No said Kadesha that is Djibril speaking to you'- woman's power 'behind the throne' :0 of Islam.
Here from FFI Int. forum, part of what I kept of of what 'Brainout' writes:
"Well,, it's even more ironic than that. I'm sure you know of the Koranic refrain about "in paradise there is shade". The term "shade" in English is a throwback to Greek drama, where those in Hades under the earth, go when they die. You are called a "shade" when you live there post-death.
Adding to this irony, is the Biblical explanation that Hades is divided into compartments, one of which is called "paradise" (loan word from the Persian), where all the believers in Adonai (God, in Bible) went. In Luke 16:20 ff you see a conversation between Abraham and a guy in another compartment, "Torments", which is for the unbelievers. Louis Segond has a good account of it in French, if you prefer French. I don't know if the Arabic is good. English is not bad.
Topping all this off, is the fact that at the Ascension of Jesus the Christ in His Humanity, OUT of Hades (where He went for the three days and nights), is a triumphal procession, leading out EVERYONE in "paradise", so that now it's empty. This is deftly summarized in Ephesians 4:8-9, quoting the Old Testament prophecy about it (hard to tell that, in English).
The point Paul is making: that once Christ was completed in His Humanity to be the Mediator for mankind, no one stays under the earth, but goes to heaven. So all those Old Testament believers in God went up with Him, when He ascended into Heaven. So any believer dying post-Ascension, doesn't get stuck under the earth, but goes straight to heaven. Idea that the entire mechanism for relating to God UPGRADED due to Christ. That's why there is a New Testament, which UPGRADES the old. That's why Christians don't follow the OT rituals, there are upgraded versions of spirituality now, all 'housed' in a thinking pattern to copy: Christ's.
So paradise is EMPTY now. Indeed, there is "shade", it's DARK. But of course "Torments" is full of fire, so you can SEE the DARK "paradise" now. So indeed, "in paradise there is shade", as the Koran states: and those who can see it, are NOT there.
That's a superhumanly clever way of telling you that if you believe in the Koran you will go to hell. What human would be able to comprehend all of Greek literature and the Bible's doctrines on how Christ upgraded the OT, in order to make such clever "shade" ayahs? Muhammed wasn't that smart. I can't think of a Christian at the time (or even now) who could easily understand that wordplay. I didn't get it either, though for 35 years, I've been taught Bible in Hebrew and Greek (pastor just does it that way). So a demon helped write at least these phrases in Koran: of that, I'm now convinced.
Classic example of Koranic double-speak. I'm dying to see if the Arabic is as taut a satire, as the English translations of it by Muslims. Am investigating that, now. "

However for the rationalist and skeptic there is not much to say regarding this article.
Moses and Abhram were mythological characters. Jesus Christ was a dressed up Mithras, the mythological Roman Sun god.
If these characters are true then Allah could not make up his mind being caught up in his own words
If these characters are just mythology then there is something very fishy about the Allah Muhammad duo.

Talk about what islam teaches and not about what muslims do!!!
Defeating the christian and Jew creeds!
The old testament promises the coming of future prophets,so it means that another prophets were still to come aftet Moses.
So as the old testament promises, jews must start discovering two, three or four prophets that came after moses..as it was promised that prophets were going to come, they should start looking for the promised prophets of moses.
Summarizing, moses himself told that the jew creed true but not the last...so for all you Jews out there!...look for other two or three prophets that came after moses, cause that's what your book says!!!...just dont forget PROPHETS not prophet!!!...
Oh my god...now for the christians who believe in the book of moses too...if the direct prophet after moses is jesus, start looking for the prophet after jesus as moses promised PROPHETS!!!...
...IF U LIKE TO SEE THE TRUTH ABOUT ISLAm!..THE RELIGION OF ELI(THE GOD OF JESUS AND MOSES)...GO TOO GOOGLE.COM,AND WRITE SCIENTIFIC MIRACLES OF THE QURAN,AND SEE THE GREATNESS OF GOD OUR LORD(ALLAH IN ARABIC) AND COME TO THE TRUE PATH...AL-ISLAM...SUNNI ISLAM...

I understand that in your vague reference to Deutoronomy 18:18, the word "prophet" is in the singular, not plural. Please cite your references, otherwise, you are merely asserting your opinion.
Deu 18:15 says, "The lord your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among your own brothers."
Similarly I say, "When a Muslim gets indoctrinated with real Islam, he becomes a fanatic."
Here Muslim is singular; so, I talked about one Muslim only, who becomes fanatic. If someone thinks, I am talking about millions of Muslim fanatics around the world, past & present, then he is only vaguely asserting his opinion, without giving reference.

am a hanif ( or try to be or get close to being )( meaning like Abraham, one Allah or Creator ), you pray , believe in heaven and hell, good and evil , be good to people poor people and your parents, you know the fundamentals.
to get to the point, i dont believe jews or arab people were chosen, it is wishful thinking, it just so happened that good hearted individuals among these people who were ruthless, disobedient and freakishly wicked and did super disgusting things were chosen to teach this ignorant people how to live a meaningful life and not live like animals. it is individual families that were chosen. As far as prophet mohammed is concerned, i believe him 100% cause he clarified for me the entangled testaments of the past ,which were good at the time, by the time the deliverers died , some wicked secret cabals infiltrated and manupilated it to the point of saying, Allah has an offspring, and send Prophet Issa to die on the cross and wipe out sins for mankind, bla bla bla. nobody is gone get punished for the mischiefs of the other, life 101, you will get whats coming to you. there are somethings that are for sure in this life, equality and justice, you dont need a sheikh, a rabbi or a priest to confirm that, and for that matter a prophet.
i dont want to talk about the past a lot, because it is faith , it is not maths or science. so just read the tesataments, and go along with the one that your heart tells you.
so judaism and christianity fail when they try to be creative and try to get closer by associating that the creator has an offspring and the cross thing , oh and 3 spirits, and the chosen people, its not the whole people and clans in that district ,( i mean 1000s years ago) , its individuals from within the people to try to teach the other dummies how to behave, oh and the rewritten books infilitrated by much smarter satan obeying people, alleast they know were they stand. i mean its just too much gibberish, but it would make a hit broadway play.you are put as a slave of the creator in these world, and if you pass , idont maybe above 50or; how the creator feels about your presentation, and you might end up in heaven living as a king, simple as that.
anyway, Islam it means to submit to Allah or the will of God.
like Abraham, i love him dearly, he just believed before anything, common sense , life 101 , its in our DNA, he smashed the idols and he told the other dummies , the big did it, he had a sense of humor LoL!! anywho
second there are lot of prophets through the history of mankind trying to teach dummies, and the prophets come from the highly densely populated dummy area, middle east.
3rd , there are unseen things, like angels , demons or satan, and we couldnt see them. even if we wanted to.
And lastly do what you have to do, and live your life, and try to get a passing mark, with honours much better.
And i see the present day, everywhere you see there is mischief, but in some places , its the norm, they are into new shit.
the more civilized, i dont know if i could call them that, but that how this materialized, digitized age thinks, which is funny personally.
the more dysfunctional the society.they couldnt even follow the remixed melodramatic version of their books,
i will leave you with a note from the arch or duke of cantebury of britain, he said that we need to have two camps in our church, one which accepts a fag priest and the ones who dont accept a fag. dont you think, it is game over for you guys, i think you should help that guy instead of coming here and start blabbering!!
i am just hoping , if there was an internet connection in hell and you could post me your situations in hell, have a nice barbaque!!

It appears that Jew had the tradition of calling a person of high wisdom and spiritual leadership a prophet, in the sense of being especially inspired by "God". I see nothing wrong in that as long as the person was able to lead people to 'love thy neighbor' and defined what was good for the personal growth and betterment of the community. Calling them 'prophet' was to convey the acceptance of their being extremely special in this sense. As I see, Christ, born a Jew, was prophet in this sense and so was Moses. Never mind the fact that his followers further aggrandized Christ as son of God. If there is God, we are all sons and daughters of God, including all living creatures that we have failed to treat as our brethren.
It is rather obvious to me, as it would be any rational and thinking person, after studying and researching much about the subject, that Mohammed called himself not only a 'prophet', but the 'final prophet' as very clever and cunning way of assuring that people don’t change his ‘my way or highway’ doctrine.
There is much rationality and informed logic in what M.A. Khan has to say about Mo; but why base the argument on validity of other “prophets” and the then localized concept of “prophet-hood “ that developed in a narrow slice of middle-east with Jews to give added validity to their belief system?

In the above discussion many well meaning respondents have quoted from the Qur'an and the Bible trying to prove or disprove Allah and the legitimacy of Muhammad as the last prophet.
From the point of view of The New Testament I draw attention to the writings of Apostle Paul, who by all accounts wrote more than half of the New Testament including the most important book of the entire Bible, The book of Romans, which puts forth the foundation of the "faith", that is the issue of Redemption, Justification, and Sanctification through the Gospel which Paul goes on to describe in 1 Corinthians chapter 15 as follows :
" That Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures, and that he appeared to Peter, and then to the Twelve. After that, he appeared to more than five hundred of the brothers at the same time, most of whom are still living, though some have fallen asleep. Then he appeared to James, then to all the apostles, and last of all he appeared to me also."
So, the Gospel is.. that Jesus was born sinless from a Virgin, died on the Cross for mankind's "Atonement" with God, was buried , and rose from the dead, i.e. "resurrection", and many witnessed his presence after the resurrection.
And then Paul writes in his letter to the Glatians regarding any other coming after Jesus ;
" But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to you, let him be eternally condemned! As we have already said, so now I say again: If anybody is preaching to you a gospel other than what you accepted, let him be eternally condemned! "
So, you can see that the Bible absolutely does not prophesy any one coming after Jesus let alone Muhammad. Please note that my intention here is to clarify the issue only from the Biblical perspective.
I have heard from many Muslim friends that the Bible has predicted the coming of Muhammad, and that is just not correct. This claim may be due to the fact that the Jews as a whole rejected Jesus as the promised Messiah and therefore were/ are still looking for the Messiah to come, and the Muslim traditions took advantage of the doubt in the Jewish circles and claimed that Muhammad is he who was promised.
Remember how dearly God loves us all, and each one of you individually. God is Love. He is The Truth, He is Light. In Him there is no deceptions. God can not Tempt us. Therefore God's attributes are these : Love, Joy, Peace, Faith, Gentleness, Meekness, Goodness, Temperance, Happiness, Unity, and Patience, which were All present in Jesus. If we can find these qualities in the god of Qur'an, so called Allah, then we know that he is real. If we don't then it would be prudent to reject him, and therefore reject Muhammad , as his messenger.
Thanks for your kind attention.

so does judaism and its teachings discriminate poeple because of the colour of their skins ?
did God chos eisaan because ha was white skinned and therfore regarded as superior nd not ismael because he was of a darker skin?
so doe god chose on the merit of skin color those that he loves?
another thing that confuses me is did abraham have a properly married wife, sarah?
and so what does that make of hagar?
was abraham actually having an affair with Hagar?
and so is that why extra marital affairs and flippant relationships are so common amongst christans?
because you regard your prophet as having a flippant casual affair with hagar and not giving her dignity and respect as to marry her.

instead of HAGAR,the Egyptian slave of SARAH.Read the first book of the holy Bible to know the truth.Hagar was never married to Abraham.God promised that all his prophets would come from the seed of Abraham.Isaac and Jacob and not ISHMAEL.Hence Mohammad could not be a true prophet of God.Let God be true and Mohammad a defiled LIAR.Can any one see any thing Godly in Mohammad except SEX,SAVAGERY AND DECEIT.God wants every soil to be saved and be with God in Heaven, but Mohammad
wanted all his followers to go to HELL,where he is just now with false inducement of permanent errection for men with72 eternal
houries. What about poor Muslim women@Would they get 72 studs.Wont their VIGINAS get sore.JUST THINK ABOUT THAT,

by the way mr MA Khan, i was just curious to know, since you are an "EX-MUSLIM" what is your "new" name?it should be an "ex muslim" name, now shouldn't it?
Dear Sarah, There are tens of millions of ex-Christians, now athiests, and even Muslim converts. Many of these converts keeping their names, completely or partly without changing their name.
Nonetheless, Arabic names has to Islamic root. Islam did not create Arabic; it is a pre-Islamic pagan creation. Your Allah and Muhammad are completely impotent to create anything creative than brutality, polygamy, pedophilia, degradation of women amongst other such things. And of course, shamely claim the copy-right of Arabic language, created by a idolatrous people, most hated by the Islamic cult, from Allah down to every Muslim.

Well it goes like this... we differ by race and religious point of views. We are screwed up in debating that we forget were we all come from. We are indeed the creation of the one and only God All Mighty.
If you are a true believer in God, you would understand that God's hands created everything that has life. We are without a doubt the best of God's creation. We is proof of that : God asked all angels to bow to Adam (first man) all bowed except Lucifer. His disobedience coasted him a place in heaven, never to return. Imagine all angels were ordered to bow …..How special are we?
Each of our bodies has a spirit that spirit belongs to God. Only God can create a spirit and give life to a body. Do you see where this is going, we all come from the same creator. He created mankind, angels and jinn solely for worship. WORSHIP my brothers and sister is the meaning of life. We are so caught up in worldly affairs and material wants we forget to worship.
They are groups of people out there steadfast in stripping the world of religion. Look around to the news, media, don't go that far read all the replies above, only conflict of religion. These groups are believers in the anti Christ. They are in high profiled people controlling the world banks, media and that black evil box (TV) you keep in your house. They speak so much about our differences and purposely leave out our similarity. What is this similarity.... it's what I’m stressing to you all, we are all the creation of one God.
Muslim, Jews, Christian believe in a common thing that should be our strongest link > GOD.
So brothers and sister forget the hate and join me in spreading the word God. Religion is a way of life not a battle.
Pray as much as possible coz the worse is yet to come.... the new world order is upon us.

You wrote that, "Semitic purity was essential to be included in the God’s covenant."
I know that you have a point about how other sons of Abraham could not be in the line leading to Jesus, the final prophet, but many non-Semites are in Jesus' family line.
Remember Ruth?
Ruth was a Moabite woman who married a descendent of Judah. Her husband died childless, but she continued to care for her mother-in-law, Naomi
Later her fine qualities were noticed by another descendent of Judah, Boaz.
Through him marrying her to bring up a son for her late husband, she ended up becoming the great-grand mother of King David!

That was an argument the Jews of Medina apparently used to reject Muhammad's claim of prophethood.
I'm not very sure who were the prophets that descended from King David.
Kind David and Jesus are not regarded as prophets of G-d by the Jews. Moreover, Jesus's birth itself is shrouded so much in mystery -- to the point that some scholar even doubt that he ever existed.
