Who are we?
We are a group of Muslim apostates who have left Islam out of our own conviction when we discovered that the religion of Islam is not a religion at all. Most of us had taken a prolong period of time to study, evaluate, reflect and contemplate on this religion of our birth. Having scrutinized this religion with meticulous attention, we concluded that Islam is not at all a religion of peace as touted by many smooth-talking, self-serving Islamists and the Islamic apologists. The core of Islam, that is, the Qur'an, Hadis and Sharia are filled with unbound hatred for the unbelievers, unbelievably intolerant and exceptionally cruel and merciless to those who dare to deviate an iota from its doctrine. We discovered that Islam is beyond alteration, because Muslims who attempt to modernize and reform its unremitting bigotry, mindless rituals and its barbaric and draconian punitive measures are targeted for annihilation. Our verdict was that the only way to escape from the tyranny of Islam is to leave it for good. That is why we discarded Islam from our lives-to be free, to enjoy a normal, pleasant and humane life, in complete harmony with all people on earth irrespective of their religion, race or creed.
As we thoroughly understood that Islam was nothing but a lie through our meticulous investigation for decades, we left Islam silently because of the fear for our life. Then we felt that it was a responsibility on us to make the 1.4 billion world-Muslims aware of the falsity and cruelty of Islam so that they can also leave Islam and live with love, respect and harmony with rest of the world. As Islamic terrorism overwhelms the world, we also felt it incumbent upon us to let the civilized world recognize the reality about Islam and take timely precautionary measures against this religion of terror, hate and mayhem. We want to tell the world that the current Islamic terrorism is not an aberration of the so-called 'peaceful Islam', rather it is the real Islam preached and practiced by the alleged Prophet Muhammad. This can be confirmed from a thorough study of the Qur'an and Hadis. We, therefore, have launched this website to expose the real Islam-the Islam that is determined to replace the current civilization with the 7th century Arab Bedouin barbarism, which is peddled as the Islamic Civilization. Islam Watch is run by a group of Muslim apostates. Hailing mainly from South Asia, some of us left Islam after the 9/11. As explained above, we realized that Islam is false and felt that Islam need to be emasculated, marginalized or eliminated al-together if Muslim world wants to come out of its current backwardness and quagmire, characterized by poverty, corruption, illiteracy, violence, misrule and tyranny, in which they have been thrown in due to Islamic indoctrination.

Our Challenge
* We assert that Islam is not a religion of peace but is founded on war, violence, terrorism, hate and injustice.
* We affirm that Islam is a false religion.
* We conclude that Islam is responsible for rampant corruption, widespread misrule, implausible tyranny, mindless terrorism, unrelenting violence and pervasive social injustice in the Muslim world
We challenge Muslims to debate on these assertions.
Our Mission (Why this site)
Our ultimate aim is to guide the Muslims out of the fold of Islam. We expect that critical voice against Islam will render it somewhat benign.
We plan to achieve our goals in the following manners:
1. We will criticize and expose the real truth about Islam without minding about any political correctness whatsoever.
2. We will establish that Islam is false, that it is not revealed by any almighty God, but was created by Prophet Muhammad himself to fulfill his greed, ego and ambition.
3. We will prove that Islam has nothing to do with peace but is a dangerous cult founded through violence, terror, plunder and extreme injustice by its founder Muhammad himself.
4. We will prove that Islam is not compatible with modern world, including democracy, tolerance, human rights and gender equality but stands in contravention and hence dangerous for modern civilization.
5. We will demonstrate that Islamic terrorism, as witnessed now-a-days is sanctioned by Islam. Terrorists did not hijack Islam but Islam itself has hijacked some otherwise good human beings and turned them into machines for terror, murder and destruction.
6. We will also awaken the non-Muslim world, especially the West, about the short-term and long-term dangers Islam poses to their good and benevolent society.
7. As non-theistic humanists, we strongly affirm that human life should be guided by human conscience, wisdom and judgment based on the Golden Rules. This is an ever-changing dynamic process, as people gain new experience, knowledge and insight into the working of the world and human life. Opposed to the religious doctrines, no particular set of rules should be considered absolute and universal. We propagate that 'Live your own life and let other live theirs so long they don't harm and cause nuisance to others'.
8. "Islam Watch" will be dominated by ex-Muslims and moderate Muslim writers. We will make some room for non-Muslim writers to gauge how the non-Muslim world grasps the truth about Islam.
9. To create a critical mass, one of our missions will be to create new critiques of Islam from Muslim background. We will put maximum effort in nurturing these nascent talents. To this end, we will urge Muslim writers to pen their critical thoughts on Islam, regardless of excellence, and we will try to accommodate them in our website.
10. Although "Islam Watch" has been launched by a group of ex-Muslims coming mainly from the South Asian region, we aim to connect to Muslim apostates from all corners of the world. We strongly encourage Muslim apostates from any parts of the world to voice their opinions through "Islam Watch".
11. "Islam Watch" will publish a comprehensive daily news concerning Islam from all corners of the world so as to keep our readers updated with the state of affairs of Islam worldwide. This, we hope, will transform "Islam Watch" into a unique hub for readers interested in the truth about Islam from all corners of the world.
Publication Guidelines
We will follow the following guidelines in order to maintain the focus of our website as well as to maintain a decent atmosphere. We are be open about any criticism or modifications of these guidelines and will accommodate view/views which are fair, reasonable and which enhances our efforts to achieve our goals.
01. Though Islam Watch will be mainly for critical discussions of all aspects of Islam-politics, terrorism and falsity of its foundation etc., we might also accept general criticisms of other religions.
02. We will accept general philosophical discussions that debunk the futility or falsity of all religions, including Islam.
03. Generally, we will not publish articles that preach or glorify Islam or any other religions. The only reason we may publish them is to prove the vacuity of such commentary.
04. We will post a comprehensive daily coverage of Islam, related news and a selection of commentaries from the media. Although such items will be mainly chosen by the editors, readers are encouraged to forward news and commentary which they feel might be suitable for our website.
05. Original articles written by our members will be given preference/priority. Their postings will be according to our aims and objectives. As the nurturing of emerging writers is one of our cardinal aims, we will encourage these budding writers to forward their articles.
06. We will allow contributors to write under real or fictitious names. We encourage contributors to write under pennames because of the danger associated with the critiquing of Islam.
07. Posting of any write-up will be purely at the discretion of the editors.
